We love the possibilities that the mud pit offers for children's learning...there's so much to do and so many teaching and learning pathways to follow...and mud is just great fun.  Hope you enjoy!

Goldilocks and the Three Bears

Our book of the month has been "Goldilocks and the Three Bears". The children have loved being drawn into the story. It has been a new story for some and an oldie but a goodie for others. Either way it has opened the door to many new possibilities and opportunities for learning.

The children have enjoyed drawing and writing their own stories...

The children have loved recreating the scenes themselves, acting out each of the roles in the story.

Once upon a time there were three bears...a great Big Poppa Bear, the middle sized Mama bear and the teeny weeny Baby Bear.

Happy Easter everyone!! Today we made the most DELICIOUS hot-cross buns ever!!!

The kids had a fantastic time...



We've never made hot cross buns before but we had  all the ingredients and gave it a go

 As Julia Child once said.....
